Maldives Inflight Catering current production facility opened in 2005 at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport which was designed by technical experts of SATS Ltd, incorporating Food Safety principles into the infrastructure provides 2,880 sqm production floor space areas with a daily capacity of 4,000 meals. With over 120 staffs from 7 nationalities, the facility operates 24 hours a day to provide catering for airlines and private jets. We follow ISO and HACCP guidelines, and accredited as a fully HALAL unit.

A team of expert chefs (specialists in their culinary field within their respective countries of origin) are always at hand to produce and oversee the daily production within each of our Kitchens, whilst taking great pride in meeting all clients’ needs.

We maintain a continuous supply ability of quality ingredients throughout the year by dealing with capable food stuff suppliers all around the world. Participation for well-organized food exhibitions like Gulfood, Hotel Asia helps to keep us in touch with new products, technology and meet new suppliers with good range of items at competitive price.
